Seafood Rice
Ingredients
1 Onion
6 Cloves of garlic
1 Red bell pepper
1 Celery stalk
3 Cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon of Green onion
1 cup of Rice
1 cup of Seafood broth
1 tablespoon of Tomato sauce
¾ cup of Coconut milk
80 grams of Dried shrimp
200 grams of Fresh shrimp
½ Camarones
80 grams of Small octopus
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start cooking the rice in boiling water for approximately 10 minutes.
Step 2 : Then, dice all the vegetables and sauté them in a pan with 3 tablespoons of hot oil and a tablespoon of tomato sauce for about 5 minutes.
Step 3 : Add the coconut milk and half a cup of water to the pan.
Step 4 : Incorporate the previously cooked rice and mix well.
Step 5 : Add the seafood broth and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 6 : Cut the shrimp, octopus, and squid into pieces and add them to the preparation.
Step 7 : Cook for about another 10 minutes.
Step 8 : Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste and serve to enjoy this exquisite dish.
