Sausages with Vegetables
Ingredients
2 Sausages
3 Potatoes
Olive oil
2 Bay leaves
1 Onion
3 Cloves of garlic
Fresh parsley
Water
Vegetable broth
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Spicy paprika
1 Carrot
½ Green bell pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by cutting the onion, carrot, and bell pepper into cubes, while peeling and slicing the garlic into thin strips, setting everything aside separately.
Step 2 : Then, in a pan with hot oil, sauté the garlic and onion until transparent.
Step 3 : Next, add the bell pepper, carrots, and bay leaves, cooking for a few more minutes.
Step 4 : Subsequently, slice the sausage into rounds and add to the pan along with the potatoes, previously cut into cubes.
Step 5 : Then, pour in the broth, water, and spicy paprika.
Step 6 : Season with salt and pepper and cook for approximately 20 more minutes.
