Ingredients

2 pounds of Beef flank

5 Sweet peppers

1 Onion

Tomato paste

4 Tomatoes

3 Large sliced potatoes

1 pinch of Salt

Oil

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, cook the beef in plenty of water with salt to taste until tender; then remove from the water and shred, reserving 1/2 cup of the liquid for later.

Step 2 : In another pot, boil the sliced potatoes.

Step 3 : In a frying pan with oil, sauté the onion, sweet peppers, chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 4 : After approximately 5 minutes, add the shredded beef, boiled potatoes, and the 1/2 cup of reserved liquid.

Step 5 : Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes over medium heat.

Step 6 : Finally, remove from heat and it's ready to enjoy!
