Ingredients

4 Chicken thighs

4 Potatoes

2 Chopped garlic

1 teaspoon of Curry

2 tablespoons of Oil

1 tablespoon of Dried oregano

Ground pepper

2 Carrots

2 Onions

1 Bay leaf

½ cup of White wine

½ Chicken seasoning concentrate

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, marinate the chicken thighs with garlic, curry, salt, oil, oregano, and pepper, then let rest for 15 minutes.

Step 2 : Next, preheat the oven to 200°C.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, chop the onions, carrots, and potatoes.

Step 4 : Place these vegetables in a baking dish.

Step 5 : Add the wine, chicken thighs, seasoning concentrate, and bay leaf to the dish with the vegetables.

Step 6 : Final touch, cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes at 200°C.

Step 7 : After this time, remove some of the broth and continue baking for another 10 minutes without the foil.
