Rice with Guandú

Ingredients

3 cups of Uncooked rice

1 cup of Fresh guandú beans

4 cups of Chicken or beef broth

1 tablespoon of Ground garlic

Oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, heat oil and sauté the guandú beans over low heat.

Step 2 : Then, add the broth and bring to a boil until the guandú beans are soft.

Step 3 : In another pan, sauté the rice with ground garlic and a bit of oil for two minutes.

Step 4 : Combine the rice preparation with the guandú beans once they are halfway through cooking.

Step 5 : Cook over low heat while stirring and add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6 : Finally, serve the dish.
