Rice with Chorizo and Sweet Peppers
Ingredients
2 cups of Rice
½ Onion
12 Small Sweet Peppers
100 grams of Chorizo
Oil
4 cups of Water
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : Start by washing and chopping the sweet peppers, then dice the onion.
Step 2 : Next, cut the chorizo into pieces of similar size.
Step 3 : In a pan without oil, sauté the chorizo for one minute to sear it.
Step 4 : Then, remove the chorizos and use the remaining fat in the pan to sauté the onion with the sweet peppers.
Step 5 : When the onion becomes transparent, add back the chorizos, the 4 cups of water, salt to taste, and let it cook.
