Rice with Chorizo

Ingredients

½ kilogram of Mixed vegetables

3 cups of Cooked white rice

1 Onion

1 Chopped garlic clove

5 Puerto rican chorizos

2 teaspoons of Avocado oil

3 tablespoons of Soy sauce

1 tablespoon of Oyster sauce

1 tablespoon of Sesame oil

3 Chopped scallion sprigs

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by chopping the onion into cubes.

Step 2 : Next, make a mixture in a bowl with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.

Step 3 : Then, cut the chorizo into pieces and cook in a wok over high heat, frying until golden and well cooked.

Step 4 : Once ready, set aside.

Step 5 : In the same wok, where the chorizo fat remains, add the avocado oil and a small spoon of sesame oil.

Step 6 : Sauté the onions for two minutes; then add the garlic and cook, stirring, for an additional 5 minutes to prevent burning.

Step 7 : After that, add the rice and mix.

Step 8 : Then, incorporate the sauce and stir for about two or three more minutes.

Step 9 : Finally, serve in bowls and garnish with chopped scallions.
