Ingredients

2 Pork chops

¼ cup of White wine

Juice of half a sour orange

1 teaspoon of Mustard

1 Rosemary sprig

1 teaspoon of Ground oregano

1 teaspoon of Ground garlic

1 tablespoon of Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the pork chops, start by removing excess fat and exposing the underside of the bone.

Step 2 : Then, marinate the chops with mustard, wine, orange juice, and spices.

Step 3 : It is important to refrigerate the marinated chops for 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Step 4 : Once the marinating time has passed, cook the chops in a hot skillet for 5 minutes on each side to seal them.

Step 5 : Next, place them on the grill and cook for an additional 3 minutes until golden and well cooked.

Step 6 : To serve the chops, it is suggested to accompany them with a mixed salad of tomato, onion, lettuce, cucumber, and avocado, or vegetables of your preference.
