Pasta with Roasted Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

250 grams of Pasta

200 grams of Roasted piquillo peppers

1 Onion

2 Garlic cloves

Olive oil

Grated parmesan

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Cook the pasta al dente in salted water and drain, setting aside for later.

Step 2 : In a large skillet, heat olive oil and add chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until golden.

Step 3 : Then, add the sliced roasted piquillo peppers and sauté for a few minutes.

Step 4 : Next, add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well with the sauce, cooking for a few more minutes over medium heat.

Step 5 : Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6 : Finally, serve hot and optionally garnish with grated Parmesan.
