1 ½ kilogram of Pork feet
1 cup of Onion
1 cup of Sliced cucumbers
1 ½ cup of Lemon juice
1 pinch of Salt
Oregano
Cilantro
Preparation
Step 1 : To start, the pork feet are boiled in a pressure cooker with salt and oregano until tender.
Step 2 : In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, onions, cilantro, a pinch of ground pepper, salt to taste, and lemon juice.
