Panamanian-style Lobster
Ingredients
2 Lobsters
5 Cloves of garlic
100 grams of Butter
1 cup of White wine
Lemon juice
1 Bay leaf
1 pinch of Salt
1 tablespoon of Chopped parsley
½ tablespoon of Oregano
1 tablespoon of Garlic paste
1 tablespoon of Mustard
Olive oil
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Lobsters are washed and thoroughly cleaned.
Step 2 : In a pot with water, salt, lemon slices, and bay leaf, bring to a boil and cook the lobsters for 5 minutes or until they change color.
Step 3 : Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 4 : Cut the lobsters in half, clean out the internal organs, and separate the meat from the shell, placing it in a container.
Step 5 : In the same container with the lobster meat, add the white wine, lemon juice, garlic paste, mustard, parsley, and oregano.
Step 6 : Mix all ingredients and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 7 : In a skillet with melted butter, sauté the marinated lobster with salt and pepper.
Step 8 : Add a little of the marinade liquid and let it reduce.
Step 9 : Place the meat inside the lobster shells.
Step 10 : Serve on a tray accompanied by plantains, French fries, and fresh salad.
