Panamanian Sausage
Ingredients
½ pound of Pork sausages
1 tablespoon of Oil
½ cup of Chopped onion
3 tablespoons of Tomato sauce
1 pinch of Dried oregano
1 pinch of Basil
1 Chopped culantro leaf
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Wash the sausages and slice them into rounds, then sauté with oil and onion for 5 minutes.
Step 2 : Add tomato sauce, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper, then cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 3 : Add culantro, cook for one additional minute, and serve with white rice and fried ripe plantain slices.
