Oven-Baked Pork Shoulder
Ingredients
2 ½ kilograms of Pork meat
2 Onions
2 Green onions
4 Garlic cloves
Oil
2 cups of Beer
4 tablespoons of Cilantro
2 teaspoons of Ground laurel
2 teaspoons of Thyme
2 teaspoons of Oregano
1 pinch of Salt
Ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this dish, place the onions, cilantro, garlic, bay leaf, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, and oil in a blender and process until obtaining a smooth mixture.
Step 2 : Next, make cuts in the pork and spread it with the previous mixture.
Step 3 : It is important to marinate the pork for approximately two hours to enhance the flavors.
Step 4 : After marinating, place it on a baking dish and cook in a preheated oven at medium heat for two hours.
Step 5 : During this process, periodically add beer to keep the meat juicy and aromatic.
Step 6 : Once cooking time is over, remove the pork from the oven, cut into portions, and serve hot.
