Ingredients

5 Fresh liver steaks

4 Tomatoes

3 Garlic cloves

2 Green chili peppers

2 Red chili peppers

2 Onions

1 Paprika

1 pinch of Cumin

1 pinch of Dried oregano

Vegetable oil

Worcestershire sauce

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Carefully wash the liver steaks before starting the preparation.

Step 2 : Then, season with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and oregano, and let them marinate for a while.

Step 3 : Next, dice the tomatoes and garlic, and julienne the onions and chili peppers.

Step 4 : In a skillet with hot oil, brown the liver steaks.

Step 5 : Add Worcestershire sauce, remove the steaks, and sauté the onions, chili peppers, and tomatoes.

Step 6 : Subsequently, add water and return the steaks to the skillet along with the sofrito.
