Ingredients

2 Chicken breasts

1 cup of Buttermilk

Juice of two lemons

3 Minced garlic cloves

½ cup of White wine

½ tablespoon of Smoked paprika

Chopped cilantro

Lemon slices

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, first debone the chicken breasts, remove the skin, and cut them in half.

Step 2 : Next, reserve them in a long container.

Step 3 : Then, prepare the marinade in a bowl by mixing buttermilk, lemon juice, garlic, wine, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Step 4 : Once mixed, pour the marinade over the chicken breasts, turn them to coat evenly, cover the container, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

Step 5 : After marination time, remove the chicken breasts and place them on a hot grill.

Step 6 : Cook for 5 minutes on each side over medium-high heat.

Step 7 : Finally, serve the chicken breasts on a tray and garnish with chopped cilantro and lemon slices.
