Ingredients

1 Chopped chicken pieces

1 can of Tomato paste

1 can of Tomato sauce

½ Chopped onion

½ Chopped green chili

4 Cilantro leaves

3 Crushed garlic cloves

½ teaspoon of Oregano

1 teaspoon of Ground onion

1 pinch of Salt

4 tablespoons of Oil

¼ teaspoon of Sugar

Parmesan cheese to taste

2 pounds of Pasta

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Place the chicken in a container and add oil, ground onion, crushed garlic, pepper, and salt to marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 2 : In a large pot, heat a little oil with sugar and add the chicken pieces, cooking until they are browned on both sides.

Step 3 : Once ready, remove and in the same pot, sauté the onion, green chili, and cilantro leaves for 2 minutes.

Step 4 : Add the tomato paste, tomato sauce, oregano, and mix well.

Step 5 : Return the chicken to the pot and add water until it covers the chicken.

Step 6 : Add the bay leaf and cook covered for about 40 minutes on low heat.

Step 7 : After this time, add Parmesan cheese to taste and remove from heat.

Step 8 : Cook the pasta al dente and mix it with the sauce.

Step 9 : Serve decorated with parsley leaves, and enjoy!
