Ingredients

450 grams of Lobster

5 Garlic cloves

100 grams of Butter

Curry

Lemon juice

2 Cloves

1 Bay leaf

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Chopped parsley

Olive oil

Dried chili

Preparation

Step 1 : Lobsters are thoroughly cleaned and their guts are removed.

Step 2 : They are boiled in a pot with water and salt.

Step 3 : Once the water boils, add lemon juice, cloves, and the bay leaf, cooking for 10 minutes.

Step 4 : Change the water when necessary.

Step 5 : To make the butter sauce, heat butter with oil in a pan, along with curry and chopped garlic.

Step 6 : Add dried chili to the mixture.

Step 7 : Dry the lobsters, cut them in half, and serve with the butter sauce.
