Liver Steaks

Ingredients

500 grams of Beef liver

1 Garlic clove

4 tablespoons of Achiote oil

1 Onion

1 Bell pepper

1 Tomato

Fresh parsley

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : The first step is to wash the liver and cut it into steaks.

Step 2 : Then, wash and cut all the necessary vegetables for the recipe.

Step 3 : After having everything prepared, chop the garlic and julienne the onion and bell pepper, reserving each separately.

Step 4 : In a skillet, heat the oil and cook the steaks until they are ready.

Step 5 : Once cooked, add the garlic, onion, bell pepper, and the rest of the ingredients.

Step 6 : To ensure all flavors are well mixed, cover the skillet and let the preparation cook in its own juices.

Step 7 : After a while, uncover the skillet, turn off the heat, and let the dish rest for 5 minutes to allow flavors to settle.
