Ingredients

1 pound of Beef liver

1 teaspoon of Cumin

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Dry thyme

2 Chopped garlic cloves

2 tablespoons of Achiote powder

4 tablespoons of Olive oil

1 Sliced onion

1 Chopped red bell pepper

1 Chopped green bell pepper

1 Chopped carrot

½ cup of Cooked broccoli

1 Chopped cilantro leaf

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by cutting the liver into thin fajitas and seasoning them with salt, pepper, cumin, and thyme.

Step 2 : Then, in a skillet with achiote oil, cook the liver fajitas until they are cooked on both sides.

Step 3 : Add garlic, onion, peppers, carrot, broccoli, and sauté for a few minutes.
