Ingredients

1 cup of Lentils

1 Pumpkin

1 Onion

2 Cloves of garlic

1 Carrot

1 Red bell pepper

1 Tomato

1 Bay leaf

1 teaspoon of Cumin

Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Rinse the lentils under cold water and soak them for at least one hour.

Step 2 : Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and set aside.
