Hojaldres
Ingredients
3 cups of Harina de trigo
1 ½ teaspoon of Azúcar
1 ½ teaspoon of Polvo para hornear
1 tablespoon of Mantequilla
2 teaspoons of Sal
1 cup of Agua
Preparation
Step 1 : In a bowl, place the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Step 2 : Mix the ingredients well and create a hole in the center of the mixture.
Step 3 : Add the melted butter and gradually incorporate the water, kneading the mixture.
Step 4 : Continue kneading and adding water until the dough does not stick to your hands.
Step 5 : Shape the dough into a ball and cover with a clean cloth, letting it rest for 2 to 3 hours.
Step 6 : After resting, form small balls with the dough and stretch to the desired size.
Step 7 : Then, fry in hot oil until they are ready to enjoy.
