Puff Pastries
Ingredients
3 cups of Wheat flour
1 ½ teaspoon of Sugar
1 ½ teaspoon of Baking powder
1 tablespoon of Butter
2 teaspoons of Salt
1 cup of Water
Preparation
Step 1 : In a bowl, combine the wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Step 2 : Mix the ingredients well and create a hollow in the center of the mixture.
Step 3 : Add the melted butter and gradually incorporate the water, kneading the mixture.
Step 4 : Keep kneading and adding water until the dough doesn't stick to your hands.
Step 5 : Form a ball with the dough, cover it with a clean cloth, and let it rest for 2 to 3 hours.
Step 6 : After the resting time, form small balls with the dough and stretch them to the desired size.
Step 7 : Then, fry them in hot oil until they are ready to enjoy.
