Ingredients

1 kilogram of Beef

1 Red bell pepper

1 Onion

3 Garlic cloves

3 Carrots

150 milliliters of Brandy

300 milliliters of Water

Fresh thyme

1 pinch of Salt

Olive oil

Preparation

Step 1 : In a container, mix lime juice, orange juice, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.

Step 2 : Next, add the meat and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.

Step 3 : Once marinating time has elapsed, light the grill and cook the meat for 10 minutes on each side.

Step 4 : Then, remove the meat and eliminate excess fat.

Step 5 : Cut into pieces.

Step 6 : To serve, accompany the meat with tortillas, chismol (tomato salad), avocado, and cheese.

Step 7 : It is important to let the meat rest before and after cooking so it releases its juices and remains juicy.

Step 8 : It is recommended to serve the meat hot and accompany it with vegetables, rice, and green plantains.
