Ingredients

2 Corvina fillets

100 grams of Margarine

2 teaspoons of Ground garlic

1 Clove of garlic, peeled and finely chopped

1 pinch of Salt

Parsley

Red pepper or paprika

1 Splash of white wine

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Clean the corvina and season with salt, pepper, and ground garlic.

Step 2 : In a hot skillet, melt half of the margarine and place the fillets, cooking them until lightly golden.

Step 3 : Remove the fish and set aside.

Step 4 : In the same skillet, add the remaining margarine and all the garlic.

Step 5 : Stir to prevent burning and add paprika, white wine, and season with salt and pepper if needed.

Step 6 : Let the sauce reduce for 1 or 2 minutes and remove from heat.

Step 7 : Serve the fillets and spoon the sauce over them, garnished with fresh parsley.
