Ingredients

800 grams of Corvina fillets

Flour

150 milliliters of Sherry

3 Garlic cloves

1 pinch of Salt

Ground black pepper

Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Step 1 : Wash and dry the corvina before dredging it in flour.

Step 2 : Then, heat oil in a skillet until it reaches a high temperature to fry the corvina.

Step 3 : Sear the corvina on both sides and remove from heat.

Step 4 : In the remaining oil, sauté chopped garlic and add wine.

Step 5 : Finally, remove from heat and serve.
