Fried Fish
Ingredients
1 Red snapper fish
½ Tomato
½ Avocado
Plantains
2 Lemons
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : The fish should be carefully rinsed and 4 cuts made on each side.
Step 2 : Then, place it in a container and season with the juice of one lemon, salt, and pepper to taste, then refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 3 : Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet and fry the fish for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.
Step 4 : Once ready, remove the fish from the oil, let it drain, and serve with tomato, avocado, plantains, and lemon slices to taste.
