1 cup of Cooked fish
1 ½ cup of Mashed potatoes
½ cup of Bread crumbs
½ cup of Rolled oats
1 Egg
1 tablespoon of Oil
1 teaspoon of Lemon juice
1 tablespoon of Chopped parsley
1 pinch of Nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the fish and potato balls, start by mixing the fish, mashed potatoes, egg, lemon juice, and parsley in a bowl.
Step 2 : Then, form balls from this mixture and coat them with egg, followed by a mixture of bread crumbs and rolled oats.
Step 3 : Once ready, place them on a previously oiled tray and bake in a moderate oven until golden.
