Ingredients

1 Codfish

1 Onion

3 Peppers

1 Tomato

1 Head of garlic

3 Potatoes

1 pinch of Pepper

1 can of Tomato

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, first place the codfish in water and refrigerate for 6 hours.

Step 2 : Then remove it and cook in a pot with water for 7 minutes; after this time, remove and shred.

Step 3 : While the codfish is cooking, proceed to cook the potatoes in water.

Step 4 : Once cooked, cut into cubes.

Step 5 : Meanwhile, cut the vegetables into thin strips: the peppers, onion, garlic, and tomato.

Step 6 : In a skillet with olive oil, sauté the garlic and onion, then add the peppers and stir.

Step 7 : Next, add the tomato sauce and 4 tablespoons of tomato paste.

Step 8 : Then, incorporate the shredded codfish and mix well.

Step 9 : Add water and mix again.
