1 kilogram of Boiled potatoes
6 Garlic cloves
1 Onion
½ cup of Tomato sauce or fried tomatoes
2 Bell peppers
2 tablespoons of Oil
1 pinch of Salt
2 Cilantro stems
2 Parsley stems

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, keep in mind that if you acquire dried or salted cod, it should be soaked in water for approximately 24 hours.
Step 2 : Then, whether the cod is fresh or salted, it should be cooked for 20 minutes in water with a little salt and some garlic cloves.
