Ingredients

3 pounds of Steak

d cup of Water

2 Onions

3 Large peppers

d cup of Soy sauce

1 tablespoon of Natural thickener (cornstarch)

1 pinch of Salt

2 tablespoons of Oil

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Cut the steaks into strips and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2 : Add the seasoned steak strips to a skillet with hot oil and cook over low heat.

Step 3 : In another skillet, sauté the onions and peppers sliced julienne-style.

Step 4 : In a container, mix water, soy sauce, and cornstarch; stir well, then add the mixture to the meat along with the sautéed onions and peppers.

Step 5 : Cook over low heat until the sauce thickens. And that's it!
