Chicken Fajitas with Vegetables and Corn Tortillas
Ingredients
4 Flour fajitas
2 Chicken breasts
1 Bell pepper
1 Onion
3 Garlic cloves
Spinach
Tomato sauce
1 Carrot
Olive oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Clean the chicken breasts and cut into 1 cm thick strips.
Step 2 : Wash and julienne the vegetables, while mashing the garlic.
Step 3 : Sauté the chicken in a pan with oil until golden on both sides.
Step 4 : In another pan, cook the vegetables with oil for 5 minutes; then add the tomato sauce, chicken, salt, and pepper.
Step 5 : Heat the griddle and warm the fajitas.
Step 6 : Finally, fill the fajitas with the chicken and vegetables.
