Ingredients

4 Boneless fish fillets

1 cup of Flour

3 Eggs

1 ½ cup of Bread crumbs

2 cups of Spinach

¼ Sliced onion

1 pinch of Salt

1 cup of Chopped onion

3 Garlic cloves

2 kilograms of Green tomato

6 Serrano chiles

2 Habanero chiles

1 Mexican chili (chile manzano)

2 cups of Chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first place a bit of salsa on a flat dish and then add the breaded fish, spinach, onion, and sauce again.

Step 2 : Garnish with coarse salt.

Step 3 : Next, coat the fish first with flour, then with egg, and finally with bread crumbs.

Step 4 : Repeat the process by dipping again in egg and bread crumbs.

Step 5 : Fry the fish in a skillet with vegetable oil until cooked but maintaining its shape.

Step 6 : For the sauce, blend all ingredients with a little chicken broth.

Step 7 : Then, sauté the sauce in a pot with a little oil, add the remaining chicken broth, and adjust seasoning.
