Ingredients

1 kilogram of Beef lung (garlic, oregano, and salt)

1 Onion

1 Bell pepper

1 Celery stalk

Cilantro to taste

120 milliliters of Tomato sauce

60 milliliters of Bbq sauce

60 milliliters of Vegetable oil

1 cup of Juices from the previous cooking of the beef lung

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by adding salt, oregano, and garlic to the beef lung and then chop it into small pieces.

Step 2 : In a skillet with hot oil, add the chopped beef lung and sauté well, letting it fry for 4 minutes.

Step 3 : Add the crushed garlic, onion, and the rest of the ingredients, finally incorporating the cilantro, mixing all the ingredients thoroughly.

Step 4 : Let cook for 2 minutes.

Step 5 : Then, add the tomato sauces and a bit of salt, stirring well before adding the juices.
