Ingredients

2 kilograms of Sliced ham

½ kilogram of Ham

300 grams of Bacon

100 grams of Prune

1 ½ liter of Pineapple juice

1 cup of Tomato purée

2 tablespoons of Chicken bouillon powder

Butter

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, start by slicing the ham and seasoning it with salt and pepper.

Step 2 : Then, blend the pineapple juice, chicken bouillon powder, purée, salt, and pepper.

Step 3 : Next, grease the baking dish with butter.

Step 4 : Layer alternating slices of ham, pork, bacon, and prune; basting each layer with the blended mixture.

Step 5 : Repeat this process until all ingredients are used, ending with a ham layer before covering the dish with aluminum foil.

Step 6 : Once ready, bake at 180°C (356°F) for approximately 2 hours.

Step 7 : After this time, remove the aluminum foil and let it brown for a few more minutes to add a final touch of flavor.

Step 8 : To serve, it is recommended to accompany this delicious dish with mashed potatoes and poblano spaghetti.
