Ingredients

300 grams of Pasta

400 grams of Peeled tomatoes

2 Garlic cloves

1 Spicy chili

2 tablespoons of Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start cooking the pasta following the package instructions.

Step 2 : Once ready, drain and set aside.

Step 3 : In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and add the chopped garlic and spicy chili.

Step 4 : Cook over medium heat until the garlic is golden.

Step 5 : Then add the peeled tomatoes to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.

Step 6 : Cook on low heat for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Step 7 : Next, add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.

Step 8 : Cook a few more minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
