300 grams of Tamarind

1 liter of Water

Sugar

Ice

Step 2 : Then, place them in a saucepan and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

Step 3 : Once ready, let them cool.

Step 4 : Next, use a hand blender to vigorously blend the mixture, separating the pulp from the seeds.

Step 5 : Pour the preparation through a strainer to remove any fruit remnants.
