300 grams of Tamarind
1 liter of Water
Sugar
Ice
Preparation
Step 1 : Peel the tamarinds and soak them for at least 2 hours.
Step 2 : Then, place them in a saucepan and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Step 3 : Once ready, let them cool.
Step 4 : Next, use a hand blender to vigorously blend the mixture, separating the pulp from the seeds.
Step 5 : Pour the preparation through a strainer to remove any fruit remnants.
Step 6 : Add sugar to the resulting juice to taste and serve with plenty of ice.
