Ingredients

½ kilogram of Saril

100 grams of Ginger

4 Lemons

2 cups of Sugar

8 cups of Natural water

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious drink, first cut off the tip of the saril and remove the seed.

Step 2 : Once removed, carefully wash it and place it in a pot with approximately 8 cups of water, covering it completely.

Step 3 : Then, chop the ginger into small pieces and add it to the pot with the saril.

Step 4 : Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes, followed by cooking for another 10 minutes.

Step 5 : Next, place a colander over a container to strain out the juice from the saril and ginger, discarding the solids.

Step 6 : Then, squeeze the juice from 4 lemons and mix with 2 cups of brown sugar.

Step 7 : Add this mixture to the saril juice and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Step 8 : Finally, let the mixture cool and serve very cold.
