Pineapple Rice Drink in Panamanian Style

2 Pineapples with skin
1 ½ cup of White rice
Cinnamon stick
Sugar
Water
Preparation
Step 1 : Wash and peel the pineapples, then place the shells in a container.
Step 2 : In a large pot, place the pineapple shells and cover with water.
Step 3 : Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 4 : Add the rice and stir, letting it boil until fully cooked.
Step 5 : Allow the mixture to cool.
Step 6 : Then, transfer the mixture to a blender and blend at high speed.
