Ingredients

5 tablespoons of Dried coconut

1 teaspoon of Nutmeg

3 Cloves

1 can of Evaporated milk

1 can of Condensed milk

1 cup of Sugar

1 can of Coconut milk

0.5 kilogram of Shelled corn

1.5 liter of Milk

Cornstarch

Cinnamon stick

Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pressure cooker, place the corn with water and a pinch of salt, and cook for one hour.

Step 2 : Then, remove excess water.

Step 3 : In a blender, add the milk, cloves, cinnamon, vanilla, condensed milk, and other milks, then blend.

Step 4 : Add sugar and blend again.

Step 5 : Add this mixture to the corn in the pot and bring to a boil.

Step 6 : When it boils, add 7 teaspoons of cornstarch dissolved in a little milk and stir well.

Step 7 : Once ready, the preparation is ready to enjoy.
