8 Lemons
250 grams of Raspadura
1 liter of Water
Ice
Preparation
Step 1 : Place the chopped raspadura in a saucepan with a glass of water and cook until dissolved.
Step 2 : Then let it cool.
Step 3 : Squeeze the lemon juice and add it to the diluted raspadura.
Step 4 : Add the remaining water and mix very well.
Step 5 : Strain the mixture through a colander to obtain a smooth, lump-free consistency.
