Lemon Chicha with Raspadura
Ingredients
8 Lemons
2 cups of Grated raspadura
2 liters of Water
6 Mint leaves
Ice cubes
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, heat a little water over low heat.
Step 2 : Add the grated raspadura while stirring.
Step 3 : Then, remove the pot from heat and add the mint leaves.
Step 4 : Allow the mixture to cool for about 10 minutes.
Step 5 : Once the water with raspadura has cooled, pour it into a pitcher.
Step 6 : Squeeze the lemons and add the desired amount of ice.
Step 7 : Stir the mixture and serve the lemon chicha with raspadura to enjoy on a hot day.
