Corn Chicha
Ingredients
1 cup of Sprouted corn
4 cups of Water
1 Cinnamon stick
1 cup of Brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the sprouted corn chicha, boil the corn in water with the cinnamon stick for 30 minutes.
Step 2 : Then, remove the cinnamon stick and add the brown sugar.
Step 3 : Continue cooking over low heat for an additional 10 minutes.
Step 4 : Finally, serve the corn chicha cold or with ice to enjoy.
