Banana and Linseed Smoothie
Ingredients
2 Bananas
2 tablespoons of Linseed
1 cup of Almond milk
1 tablespoon of Honey
Ice cubes
Preparation
Step 1 : Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces.
Step 2 : Add the bananas, flaxseed, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup (if desired) to the blender.
