2 Medium-sized yuccas
100 grams of Room temperature butter
Oil

Step 1 : To prepare the fried yucca dessert, start by washing and peeling the yuccas.
Step 2 : Then, grate them and add the butter and sugar.
Step 3 : Next, stir the mixture and form balls, pressing firmly to remove excess liquid.
Step 4 : Subsequently, heat a generous amount of oil in a skillet until very hot.
Step 5 : Fry the yucca balls, pressing each one with a spoon to shape them.
