Ingredients

250 grams of All-purpose flour

1 teaspoon of Baking powder

1 teaspoon of Salt

150 milliliters of Warm water

2 tablespoons of Olive oil

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.

Step 2 : Then, add warm water and olive oil to the mixture and knead until a smooth dough forms.

Step 3 : Let the dough rest covered with a damp cloth for 30 minutes.

Step 4 : After resting, divide the dough into portions and shape into breadsticks.

Step 5 : Heat oil in a pan and fry the breadsticks until golden and crispy.

Step 6 : Before serving, drain the fried breadsticks on paper towels to remove excess oil.
