Ingredients
Juice of one lemon
200 grams of Fish
½ Red onion
½ White onion
1 Tomato
1 Pepper
½ Avocado
2 Sweet chilies
1 Cucumber
1 tablespoon of Balsamic vinegar
2 Cilantro sprigs and one leaf
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this ceviche, start by cleaning the fish, removing the skin, scales, tail, and head, then cut into cubes.
Step 2 : Once cut, place it in a container and add the lemon juice and vinegar, mixing well before refrigerating.
Step 3 : While the fish rests, wash and chop the half onions, tomato, pepper, cucumber, and sweet chilies.
Step 4 : Slice the half avocado and place all these vegetables in another container, gently mixing them.
Step 5 : Once the fish has rested enough, remove it from the refrigerator and add the chopped vegetables.
Step 6 : Mix everything together and add the cilantro sprigs and leaf.
