2 pounds of Potatoes

3 Chicken breasts

2 Eggs

1 can of Green peas

4 Cilantro branches

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first wash and peel the potatoes and carrots, then cut them into pieces.

Step 2 : In a pot of boiling water, add the potatoes, carrots, and eggs to boil together.

Step 3 : Once cooked, remove from water and let rest in a large container.

Step 4 : Subsequently, boil the chicken breasts with little water, cilantro, garlic, and salt until fully cooked.

Step 5 : Once ready, let them cool and shred.

Step 6 : Then, combine all ingredients in the container with the potatoes and carrots, adding the shredded chicken and mixing thoroughly.

Step 7 : Add mayonnaise, incorporate the onion, celery, and green peas, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 8 : Finally, decorate the salad with sliced eggs and enjoy!
