Traditional Panamanian Yuca Cake
Ingredients
2 cups of Yuca grated
2 cups of Grated coconut
2 cups of Sugar
2 teaspoons of Anise
1 teaspoon of Salt
1 cup of White cheese
1 Lemon zest
1 Butter stick
2 teaspoons of Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of Nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dessert, start by preheating the oven to 350°F.
Step 2 : Then, grease and flour a rectangular baking dish and set aside.
Step 3 : Next, mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a homogeneous mixture.
