1 kilogram of Old corn
250 grams of Cheese
1 pinch of Salt
Warm water
Oil
Preparation
Step 1 : Carefully wash the corn before processing it and mixing it with cheese and salt.
Step 2 : Then, gradually add water until achieving a homogeneous dough, which is left to rest for a few minutes.
Step 3 : Next, flatten the dough with a rolling pin to about 5 millimeters thick, then cut into circles.
Step 4 : In a skillet with hot oil over medium heat, fry the dough circles for 5 minutes on each side.
Step 5 : Finally, place the tortillas on paper towels to remove excess oil before serving.
