Spinach with Chickpeas
Ingredients
500 grams of Spinach
400 grams of Cooked chickpeas
1 Onion
2 Garlic cloves
1 Red bell pepper
1 Tomato
Olive oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Wash the spinach and cut it into small pieces.
Step 2 : In a large skillet, add a bit of olive oil and heat over medium heat.
Step 3 : Then, add the chopped onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and tomato to the skillet and cook until tender.
Step 4 : Next, add the spinach and cook until wilted.
Step 5 : Finally, add the cooked chickpeas to the skillet and mix all ingredients well.
Step 6 : Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for a few more minutes.
