Quinoa Salad with Mango
Ingredients
200 grams of Quinoa
2 Mangoes cut into cubes
4 Peaches cut into cubes
45 milliliters of Lime juice
45 milliliters of Honey
45 milliliters of Olive oil
500 milliliters of Water
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this fruit quinoa salad, first bring a saucepan with water to the boil and add the cubed quinoa.
Step 2 : Cook until tender, then remove from the water and let it cool.
Step 3 : In a bowl, combine the cooked quinoa with the mango and peach.
Step 4 : In another container, mix the lime juice, honey, and olive oil until well emulsified.
Step 5 : Pour this mixture over the salad and stir well to blend the flavors.
Step 6 : Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours.
